Head and Neck Cancer Surgery and Rhinology/Functional Rhinoplasty

Qualifications: MBChB, DOHNS, FRCSEd (ORL-HNS), FRACS.

Paul completed his ENT surgery training in Liverpool, UK and is a Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCSEd) and the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). He then undertook expert training in Head and Neck Cancer Surgery and Rhinology/Functional Rhinoplasty in Adelaide Australia in 2013. Paul has worked in ENT throughout Australia, in Adelaide, Melbourne, Alice Springs and Launceston.  

As an ENT surgeon, Dr Goodyear treats all General Adult and Paediatric ENT problems. In addition, Dr Goodyears areas of interest include conditions of the oral cavity, oropharynx and larynx, sinonasal cavity, functional rhinoplasty and salivary gland tumours.

Dr Goodyear currently works as an ENT surgeon and Head of Unit at Northern Health in Epping.  He also has a public hospital appointment at Launceston General Hospital. Paul is also passionate about providing access to ENT services for regional and rural communities.

Paul was born in Scotland and moved to Australia 12 years ago.  He is passionate about travel, Manchester United and golf. He is happily married with two beautiful children.
